Thank you, sugar, for the condolences. I have never experienced anything like this---well, with the exception of being torn away from Brandon. I know I made the best decision for Badger, but oh my goodness, does it hurt!!!
I heard a whisper that God had done for you what you couldn't (or wouldn't?) do for yourself and plopped your butt up in the hospital. Actually, I've been so buried in grief over Badger the last few months that everything else went right over my head.
I'm so glad that you are okay, girl!! And what a lovely, lovely poem Tammy wrote just for you!! Belated happy birthday back at you! :D
I HAD NOT heard that you were in some nursing program!!!! You go, sugar!! I think you will make an awesome nursing assistant. :) Actually, that's a really really good program for you to be in so you can get some experience BEFORE you have to take care of me in my old age!!
I love you, too, Tanya, and you're so very right--life is VERY short--and I've had too little contact with my family for too long. Hugs, my dear niece!
